Beyond Maintenance
Elite™ service is a priority service which is exclusive to Otis and offers customers guaranteed uptime, improved response and increased customer visibility.

Elite service provides customers with an additional level of support for them and their equipment. Experienced, dedicated and highly trained Elite service engineers utilise advanced remote technology to be able to react quickly and deliver a priority service.

Should there be an issue for an Elite customer, Otis’ Elite service engineers are able to connect to the lift via a telephone line within 1 hour of notification of an issue and begin undertaking diagnostics. Elite engineers will, on average, connect to the unit and undertake advanced diagnostics within 20 minutes. In most cases they will repair it within a further 12 minutes, greatly reducing the downtime of the unit.

Working in conjunction with the local field based engineer, Elite service ensures that any issues are resolved with minimal delay.

Each time an Elite engineer connects to a customers lift, they are informed automatically via e-mail ensuring that the customer is always kept up to date with progress.

Elite service customers also receive guaranteed Uptime, the ability to modify the lifts functionality, and a host of other features.

Otis UK are the first company in both the global lift industry and the Otis world to offer this service to its customers.
