As an Otis employee, you’ll receive our written Code of Ethics. We’ll provide you with training that helps you recognise common ethical dilemmas and prepare yourself to handle them. We’ll tell you where to go for help if you have questions, or want to report a concern.

And we’ll give you a confidential forum where you can raise issues and get candid answers without involving your direct manager. This forum, known as the DIALOG programme, is available to all Otis employees and retirees. DIALOG gives employees the opportunity to ask for an objective evaluation of issues, without fear of retribution or reprisal. At Otis, it’s all just part of doing the right thing every time.
