Available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, Otisline® is our dedicated in-house facility to assist with any calls placed regarding the equipment.

All calls concerning equipment malfunction or breakdown will be issued with a unique reference number tracked by Otisline® until resolved.

Minor component repairs, will be undertaken at the time of performing programmed maintenance during Otis working hours.

Any major component repairs will be planned and agreed with the Customer and undertaken during Otis working hours. Otis will provide a minimum of one week’s notice for all major component repairs.
OTIS European Parts Centre
With any Otis product you receive significantly more than just a Lift or Escalator. We understand that our products have a crucial role with the everyday functionality of the building.

Our dedicated European Parts Centre is a substantial investment in long term Customer Service and Satisfaction.

Created in 1996, this 5000m² facility is located on the outskirts of Paris, with immediate access to Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport. The Otis European Parts Centre stocks over 25,000 Lift and Escalator components, with a value in excess of €15m, and serves 160 Otis countries across the world.

The Otis European Parts Centre currently achieves an impressive 98% service rate of delivering the correct components within the specified time frame.

Any urgent orders received before 5p.m., for items which are in stock, can be delivered to site the next working day.
