Place a Service request directly to the OTISLINE communications center from your computer. Once you request service through e*Service, a mechanic will be dispatched to handle your concerns. It’s that simple.

e*Service access helps you answer questions regarding elevator or escalator service, maintenance history and performance. The "Service Request History" screen gives you a snapshot of all closed service requests and the "Open Service Calls" screen displays any calls for the current day. Now you have the information and confidence to answer questions from your building management or tenants.
