In line with our expansion plans in Malaysia, we will like to invite suitable candidates to join us as:
1. Adjusters
  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or any other engineering related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in lift and escalator testing or adjusting experience
2. Lift Technician / Engineer
  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or any other engineering related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in lift and escalator industry
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Those with JKKP inspection experience would be an added advantage

As part of HR initiative in human capital development, we aim to cultivate reading habit and life long learning among employees. As such, we have implementing the following initiatives:
  • Leadership articles will be disseminated on a monthly basis to all levels of employees.
  • Management books e.g. Blue Ocean Strategy, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People will be purchased on a monthly basis. These books can be loaned for a certain period of time, e.g. 1 month. Book review will be done via E-mail as well as reflected in company newsletter.


Monthly Birthday Celebration
  • As part of HR initiative in employee engagement, a monthly birthday celebration is held to celebrate employees’ birthdays in that particular month. A birthday cake accompanied by light meal will be served during the event. This event also serves as a platform for employees to get together once a month and to promote work life balance.
Lunch Talk
  • Another initiative to promote work life balance by HR is Lunch Talks. This is an once a month an hour session during lunch break where external speakers are invited to present on certain topics. The topics could cover health, fitness, financial planning, leadership, PR, grooming etc. Lunch packs are provided for employees attending lunch talk. SMS reminders and E-mail notification will be sent to inform all employees including those in the field.
