The Competitor Equipment Support Group has been in place at Otis for almost a decade.
Competitor Technical and Material Support
The customer support center is open 5 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and provides part identification, ordering and technical support for both Otis and non-Otis equipment throughout North America. The TEC (Technical Education Center) resides in a 2,500 sq. foot area at Otis’ Service Center in Bloomfield, Conn., and supports both Otis manufactured and competitor manufactured units. In addition, the competitor equipment support group’s expertise in servicing competitor equipment has benefited maintenance sales support to customers who do not have Otis equipment. With over 10,000 competitor parts available, Otis is committed to the long-term support and success of this operation.
